We bought 6 eggs from Millers Farm Shop near Axminster. Very disappointed, watery pale yolks, no taste, so we’ll stick to our Burford Browns, sorry.

Our friend Lisa gave us a box of free Range eggs from Stoney farm when we met up in Devon recently. I was amazed at the different coloured egg shells in the box (shades of green/blue, whites and browns)...We were so dissapointed when we ate our last 2 eggs. They were so tasty, really delicious!! We get farm eggs delivered to us in Poole from a local farmer every fortnight and we love them! ....but these Stoney farm free range eggs were the tastiest hens eggs we have ever eaten !!

Seriously bad eggs. Despite the box saying the eggs had a best before date 20 days away, they were not fresh as they floated almost vertically in water and they smelled off. Billed as large, they were medium at most. The egg identifier code on the eggs – UK21379 – was also a mystery, as there is no digit before 'UK" to indicate the farming method, which, according to the box, was supposedly free range. Worse still, the code does not appear to show up on any of the egg identification websites I have tried. If these were free range I'll eat my hat (rather than these eggs). Do NOT buy if you see them anywhere.

OMG...these tasty eggs are like they used to be when I was young, the yolks were as orange as the Google 5 stars I just gave them. Bought at Helens Famous Wholefood Store in Weymouth and do had 3 for lunch...amazing eggs!!!

These eggs are the worst I have ever eaten no taste the yolks are almost white in colour the yolks break when you crack them into the frying pan a good fresh egg should sit up in the pan these don't .I kept hens for years so I know what I'm talking about good taste an colour in an egg comes from fresh grass so free range can mean a lot of different things.I bought these from a shop in Chard and won't be getting anymore.
